Heat at Davis Cross over

Hello All,

Just a reminder that it will be about 95 degrees, at least that is the forecast as of today, Sunday 7/6 at the cross over race in Davis. If you think about it, please start hydrating your kids starting on Wednesday. It's VERY important!! It makes a huge difference. Pump their little bodies with electrolytes like those found in sports drinnks. They'll thank you (some day...however, not likely in the near future )

I worry about our little ones. Fruit seems to be a nice treat to them on these hot days also.

Just a thought.
