HPV2 Jr @ SKUSA PKC August 8&9 at Infineon
The HPV-2 Juniors are on the schedule to participate in the 2 remaining NorCal ProKart Challenge races, points started accruing at the last race. The next race is on August 8&9. We will be running the National track at Infineon Kart Track in the normal clockwise rotation for this race. We kept the entry numbers up and as promised, Tom Kutscher has also added HPV-2 Jr. to the SKUSA Super Nationals in Las Vegas this November. IMPORTANT:
For the PKC Nor Cal race, HPV-2 will be using a spec fuel -- ERC 110 Octane with Motul Grand Prix oil. The fuel and oil will be available at the track from the Pro Shop or you may bring your own, but it must be ERC 110 and Motul GP oil only, that is what the sniffer will be calibrated for. We will race on YHC tires again just like the last two races, it's up to the racer to supply their own tires. YHC tires are also available from the Pro Shop and Cambrian Go Karts should be there as well. If you plan to buy tires at the track, you might want to call the Pro Shop or Cambrian ahead to reserve a set, we expect a record number of entries for this race! Cambrian also sells Motul oil and ERC fuel for those that would like to be prepared before the race.
The PKC website has been updated and online entries are now being accepted. Entries before midnight on August 6th receive a $26 dollar discount ($99), entries at the track will be $125, You can enter on the practice day before or the day of the race at the track. You do not need a SKUSA membership to race. You can go direct to the online entry by clicking the URL below;
