Last night at the club meeting Karl ask about all clone class and the fly wheels. 4/20/10
So today Rick called Art and ask about the ruling......4/21/10
You guys are fine. The ruling is just like it was before. You start messing with the motor as in springs, extra then you must change the fly wheel and rod.
